Duration: 3–3.5 hours
A focused, high-impact wellbeing experience designed to help teams better understand stress, regulate their nervous systems, and leave with practical tools they can immediately apply in the workplace.

A gentle, trauma-informed yoga and breathwork session to:

Understanding Stress & Its Impact (60 mins)
Delivered by our psychologist, this engaging session explores:
What stress is and how it functions
The difference between acute stress and chronic stress
Common cognitive, emotional, and physical symptoms
Early warning signs of overwhelm and burnout
Participants will also learn evidence-based strategies to manage stress in real time, including simple cognitive and behavioural tools that can be applied during the workday.
