Participants are welcomed into a supportive, psychologically safe environment.
We introduce the structure of the session, establish shared expectations, and provide a brief overview of how stress and wellbeing will be approached throughout the program.

Grounding Practice: Arriving in the Body (15 mins)

A gentle, trauma-informed yoga and breathwork session to:

  • Release physical tension

  • Improve focus and presence

  • Support nervous system settling

This session is fully accessible and can be adapted for all bodies, including chair-based options.

Understanding Stress & Its Impact (60 mins)

Delivered by our psychologist, this engaging session explores:

  • What stress is and how it functions

  • The difference between acute stress and chronic stress

  • Common cognitive, emotional, and physical symptoms

  • Early warning signs of overwhelm and burnout

Participants will also learn evidence-based strategies to manage stress in real time, including simple cognitive and behavioural tools that can be applied during the workday.

The Nervous System & Regulation in Practice (45 mins)

An accessible, practical session exploring:

  • How the nervous system responds to pressure and workload

  • Why we feel “switched on,” fatigued, or shut down

  • The link between stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation

Participants will be guided through practical regulation techniques, including:

  • Breathwork for calming and focus

  • Micro-practices for use at a desk

  • Strategies to reset between tasks or meetings

Workplace Movement & Reset (15–20 mins)

A short, practical session focused on:

  • Desk-based stretches and mobility

  • Postural awareness

  • Releasing accumulated tension from prolonged sitting

Guided Meditation & Integration (30–40 mins)

A trauma-informed, secular guided meditation designed to:
