About Arielle

Psychotherapist & Counsellor | Telehealth

Hey, I’m Arielle!

I am a registered psychotherapist and counsellor offering a dedicated, validating space for healing via Telehealth at SiSU. I believe in the profound dialogue between our minds, our bodies, and the world we inhabit, and my practice is designed to honour your unique inner wisdom within that connection.

I understand that the weight of modern life and the echoes of trauma often live within us, held in the body far below the surface of conscious thought. This wear and tear can manifest as persistent psychological distress, inflammation, chronic pain, or exhaustion - the tell-tale signs of a nervous system stuck in a cycle of survival. My mission is to help you compassionately unravel these layers, guiding you back to a life anchored in safety, joy, and a genuine sense of presence.

I draw upon a diverse clinical toolkit to support your journey, including Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work (IFS), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. To complement these modalities, I integrate practical skills such as gentle movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, alongside the scientific insights of Psychoneuroimmunology. The result? A clear, lasting connection to yourself that changes how you move through the world.

My special interests include relational and developmental trauma, anxiety and depression, treatment-resistant chronic health conditions and persistent pain, women’s health, stress management and wellbeing.

I was privileged to begin my career in women’s inpatient trauma recovery. Those early experiences deeply informed my holistic path, leading me to offer my services alongside a brilliant team of integrative medicine doctors. Today, I combine this dual background to support the SiSU team in our shared mission of whole-person healing.

When I’m not in session, I’m usually leaning into the simple joys that keep me grounded. Living in the Southern Highlands of NSW, I am spoiled for choice when it comes to being able to enjoy the gifts of nature - a non-negotiable part of my own self-care. I’m a firm believer in the medicine of a long, slow lunch surrounded by family and friends. On most days, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, finding rhythm through movement, or reclaiming my energy by singing loudly in the car.
